Any content or material you submit to the Website, including model applications, photographs, videos, or comments ("User Contributions"), remains your property. However, by providing any User Contribution, you grant us and our affiliates and service providers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Contribution.

Model bookings are subject to availability and acceptance. Booking requests made through the Website are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Noir Models Dubai. We reserve the right to refuse any booking request at our discretion.
Fees for our services are as set forth on the Website or as agreed upon in writing. All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be as specified in the booking confirmation.
Cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply as follows:
We strive to ensure that all models represent our agency professionally. However, we cannot guarantee the performance or conduct of any individual model. Any issues related to model conduct should be reported to us immediately.
Clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate working environment for our models. This includes ensuring adequate breaks, appropriate facilities, and respectful treatment. Clients must notify us in advance of any special requirements or potentially challenging working conditions.
In no event will Noir Models Dubai, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, under any legal theory, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Website, any websites linked to it, any content on the Website or such other websites, or any services or items obtained through the Website or such other websites, including any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, personal injury, pain and suffering, emotional distress, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business or anticipated savings, loss of use, loss of goodwill, loss of data, and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract, or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
The foregoing does not affect any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
No waiver by Noir Models Dubai of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Noir Models Dubai to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

If you are a model applying for representation by Noir Models Dubai, additional terms may apply. These will be provided separately during the application and onboarding process. By submitting an application for representation, you agree to these model-specific terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Noir Models Dubai regarding the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website.
